Rajanikanth Errabelly

Rajanikanth Errabelly, the founder of Rastra had humble beginnings. He was born in the year 1982, in a remote village named Parvathagiri in Warangal district of Telangana state. His father was a farmer.

First steps in Indian politics:

  • While pursuing B Tech, he was actively involved with Mr. J.P. Narayan and the loksatta party. His forte was doing research of constituencies.
  • Engaged in political research and contributed significantly on ‘Forum for Democratic Reforms’, ‘Right to Information’, ‘Right to Education’ ‘Citizen Charters’ and ‘Jumbo Ministries’.
  • Close interaction with Anna Hazare as he actively participated in India Against Corruption (IAC) even while pursuing a corporate life in the USA and later mobilising NRIs from various countries for IAC movement and AAP party.

Heading for the USA

  • M Tech in Engineering from JNTU.
  • Joined an IT company in USA and worked there for 12 years.

Homecoming to political field:

  • Home is where the heart is. In the year 2016, he bid good bye to the corporate world for good and returned home to plunge full-time into politics, as a political analyst.
  • Political consulting became a way of life.
  • Worked tirelessly on fundamental rights for orphans, worked with the Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation and played a vital role in Bharat Yatra in 2017, in which more than 50,000 took part.
  • The launch of Child Friendly TS policy in which 30,000 children gathered at Karimnagar in coordination with MP Vinod Kumar was very much appreciated.

Work till date

With the founding of Rastra, has been active in the two Telugu speaking states Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. In the last three years, he has phenomenal achievements to his credit.

  • Presently working in advisory role for a couple of ministers and MLAs in Telangana. Work includes, day-to-day management, image building, brand building, media management and leadership development.
  • In the 2018 General Elections, Rastra worked for 60 TRS party MLAs out of which 56 MLAs won the election with good majority.
  • In Andhra Pradesh, provided consultancy services to 20 MLAs and 10 ministers of TDP party and also did poll-management work for 175 constituencies, three months prior to the General Elections.
